Thank you for shopping with Vuelo Vintage Goods! We take pride in offering unique, handpicked vintage pieces and want to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after purchase. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number.

Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via Australia Post (AusPost). Delivery times may vary depending on location and postal service conditions.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Australia

  • Standard Shipping (3–8 business days): Flat rate of $10

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Flat rate of $15

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150

• International

  • Standard International (7–20 business days): Rates calculated at checkout

  • Shipping times vary depending on destination and customs clearance

Tracking
Every order includes an AusPost tracking number. You’ll be notified via email once your package has been dispatched.

Packaging
We use sustainable and/or recycled packaging wherever possible. All items are packed with care to protect their condition during transit.

Delays
While we do our best to meet shipping timeframes, delays caused by Australia Post, customs, or other external factors are outside our control. If you experience a delay, we’ll help you follow up with AusPost.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Vuelo Vintage Goods is not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date on the shopify inbox. We’ll assist in lodging a claim with AusPost and finding a resolution.

Local Pickup (if applicable)
We offer local pickup in Naarm & Perth by appointment. Just select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll contact you to arrange collection.
